Returns & refunds policy
Replacement or refund — 7 days
If hardware arrives defective or damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video. We replace the unit or refund in full — your choice — and we cover return shipping for DOA cases.
Unopened items — 7 days
Unopened items in original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. You pay return shipping; we refund the item price after inspection.
Not returnable unless defective
Opened, installed or used hardware can't be returned for change of mind. If it develops a fault, it's handled under warranty instead.
Non-cancellable once sourcing starts
Custom-configured machines, bulk/quote-based orders and sourced-to-order items can't be cancelled or returned once sourcing or assembly has started. Services already delivered (integration, audits, training) are non-refundable.
Back via Stripe — up to 10 business days
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe. Allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
Manufacturer terms, handled by us
Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty (typically 1 year). We handle the claim for you — contact us first instead of shipping anything overseas.
