E-INVOICING READINESS UAE MANDATE · PINT AE GO-LIVE 2027 FROM AED 3,000
Compliant before the deadline — for a fraction of the monthly penalty.
Every UAE business must soon issue e-invoices in the PINT AE format through an Accredited Service Provider (ASP). ZAMTEK (FZC) is a licensed UAE systems integrator based at Silver Tower, Office 2005, Business Bay, Dubai, operating under SRTIP Licence No. 11593. We are not an ASP — we deliver e-invoicing readiness: the integration and hosting layer around the 41 accredited ASPs. One-time integration AED 3,000–25,000, hosted subscription AED 200–1,500/month, quoted per scope.
The 41 accredited ASPs are enterprise tax-tech firms — Deloitte, SAP, Pagero and the like — built for large corporates. They won't serve a 20-person trading company. That gap is exactly what we close. The accredited ASP owns the regulated pipe to the FTA. ZAMTEK builds everything between your books and that pipe — and keeps it running.
A mandated purchase with a deadline
Mandatory from 1 Jan 2027
Larger businesses are first in line. If your revenue is AED 50 million or more, e-invoicing in PINT AE through an accredited ASP is mandatory from 1 January 2027.
Mandatory from 1 Jul 2027
Every other business follows on 1 July 2027 — roughly 640,000 corporate-tax registrants funnel into the same window, all needing an ASP and an integration that works.
By 31 Mar 2027
Businesses must appoint an Accredited Service Provider by 31 March 2027. Appointing an ASP is step one — it doesn't make your systems produce compliant invoices. That's the part we do.
Non-compliance costs AED 5,000 per month. Our hosted subscription starts at AED 200 per month — compliance before the deadline for a fraction of a single month's penalty.
41 ASPs exist. None of them will integrate your ERP.
The accredited ASPs are enterprise tax-tech firms — Deloitte, SAP, Pagero and similar — whose platforms and price tags are built for large corporates. If you run a 20-person trading company, you are not their customer. And even if you were: an ASP sells the pipe, not the plumbing. You remain responsible for producing correct PINT AE invoice data from your own books.
| The accredited ASP provides | ZAMTEK delivers |
|---|---|
| The regulated pipe to the FTA | ERPNext / Odoo Community invoice engine |
| PINT AE validation & exchange | Connector from your invoice engine to your chosen ASP |
| Accreditation & compliance of the network | UAE localization: VAT 5%, corporate tax 9%, Arabic/bilingual invoices |
| Enterprise-grade platform (enterprise-grade minimums) | UAE data-residency hosting & day-to-day operation |
You keep a direct relationship with whichever accredited ASP fits you — we help you choose. ZAMTEK (FZC) develops AI, supplies and integrates hardware and ERP systems, and consults and trains across the UAE, Gulf and Caspian region. SRTIP Licence No. 11593, Business Bay, Dubai. We are not an Accredited Service Provider and do not provide the regulated exchange service — accreditation and FTA reporting stay with the ASP you appoint.
Readiness, end to end
A fixed-scope path from your current invoicing to a compliant, hosted setup — quoted per scope, delivered before your deadline.
Map your exposure
We review how you invoice today, what the mandate requires of you, and which of the 41 accredited ASPs fits your size and sector. You end with a clear scope and a fixed price.
ERPNext or Odoo Community
We set up a proven open-source invoice engine — ERPNext or Odoo Community — configured for UAE localization: 5% VAT, 9% corporate tax, Arabic/bilingual invoices.
Your books → your ASP
We build and test the connector that maps your invoices to PINT AE and hands them to the accredited ASP you appointed. Tested before cutover, not against live receivables.
Data stays in the UAE
The whole stack runs on our hosting with UAE data residency, operated by us month to month — so compliance doesn't depend on your own IT capacity.
Cheaper than one month of non-compliance
AED 3,000–25,000
Readiness assessment, invoice-engine setup and ASP connector — priced by scope: how you invoice today, how many entities, which ASP you choose.
AED 200–1,500 / month
UAE data-residency hosting and operation of the stack. From AED 200/month — against an AED 5,000/month penalty for non-compliance.

E-invoicing readiness, answered
What does the UAE e-invoicing mandate require?
Every UAE business must issue e-invoices in the PINT AE format through an Accredited Service Provider (ASP). Businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or more must comply from 1 January 2027; all other SMEs must comply from 1 July 2027 — roughly 640,000 corporate-tax registrants are affected. Businesses must appoint an ASP by 31 March 2027.
Is ZAMTEK an Accredited Service Provider (ASP)?
No. ZAMTEK is not an ASP and does not claim to be one. The 41 accredited ASPs are enterprise tax-tech firms — Deloitte, SAP, Pagero and similar — that operate the regulated pipe to the FTA. ZAMTEK sells e-invoicing readiness: the integration and hosting layer around your chosen ASP.
What is the penalty for missing the e-invoicing deadline?
Non-compliance carries a penalty of AED 5,000 per month. Our hosted subscription starts at AED 200 per month — compliance before the deadline for a fraction of the monthly penalty.
What exactly does ZAMTEK deliver?
A readiness assessment of your invoicing process, an ERPNext or Odoo Community invoice engine configured for UAE localization (5% VAT, 9% corporate tax, Arabic/bilingual invoices), a connector to your chosen accredited ASP, and hosting with UAE data residency. You keep the ASP relationship; we build and run everything between your books and their pipe.
How much does e-invoicing readiness cost?
One-time integration is AED 3,000–25,000 depending on scope, plus a hosted subscription of AED 200–1,500 per month. Final pricing is quoted after a short scoping conversation — message us on WhatsApp for a quote.
Why not just sign up with an ASP directly?
The 41 accredited ASPs are enterprise tax-tech firms built for large corporates — they typically won't serve a 20-person trading company, and appointing one does not make your invoicing system produce compliant PINT AE data. You still need the invoice engine, the data mapping and the day-to-day operation. That integration and hosting layer is what ZAMTEK sells.
