Straight answers
How fast is delivery, and is it included?
Delivery takes 2–4 business days anywhere in the UAE and the price includes it. After payment we confirm the order and the delivery slot on WhatsApp during business hours.
What warranty comes with it?
One year, handled directly by ZAMTEK under UAE consumer law. If something fails, message us on WhatsApp and we arrange service or replacement locally — you are not shipping it overseas and waiting.
Can I get a VAT invoice for my company?
Yes. ZAMTEK FZC is licensed in the UAE (SRTIP Licence No. 11593) and issues proper VAT invoices. Send your company name and TRN on WhatsApp after purchase.
What can the Dell PowerEdge R770 2x RTX PRO 6000 run locally?
96GB of graphics memory is enough for full-precision inference on the largest open models, and real training runs. We can also set the machine up with a local model stack before delivery — ask on WhatsApp.
Do you supply more than one unit?
Yes. Multi-unit orders, rack integration and tender submissions are quoted individually rather than bought from this page — message us with the quantity and the deadline.
