Our site has no connectivity at all. Can it still be covered?
Yes — that is the normal starting point. We design and run the connectivity itself: private LTE/5G and microwave backhaul on Aviat Networks Aprisa-class industrial routers for the heavy traffic, and LoRaWAN site networks on Kerlink gateways for battery sensors and tags that run for years. You need no existing site Wi-Fi, cellular coverage or fiber.
Can the system work in hazardous (explosive) zones?
Yes. Where ordinary electronics are not allowed, we deploy explosion-proof ATEX-rated anchors from Velavu with intrinsically-safe tags on people and assets. The self-healing Wirepas mesh underneath keeps coverage intact even when an anchor or node is lost.
How does the lone-worker safety layer work?
Every worker carries a tag with an SOS button and man-down detection — a fall, impact or prolonged immobility raises an alert with the person's live position. In an emergency the same system runs digital mustering: a full headcount at the assembly point in under a minute, with the names and last known locations of whoever is missing.
What assets can be tracked?
Anything worth finding: tools, gas cylinders, lifting and test equipment, vehicles and mobile kit. Battery tags report position and motion for years without charging, so the register of where everything is stays live without a manual stocktake.
